The 'Cafalfa' honey was produced by my bees. La Bella is a client. It is a bee blend of catalpa and alfalfa, so there isn't really a 'cafalfa' it's just a play on words..
Your mom is not only well coiffed, but has excellent taste! Yes, we made some catalpa honey and blended with alfalfa, hence 'Cafalfa' trademark pending! ha ha! Thanks!
