Ken Hays will host his annual Field Day on Saturday, May 11, 2013, at the Hays Honey Apple Farm, 400 Esperanza Rd., in Bosque Farms.  There is a nominal fee for this event, but that covers the Porta-potties, plus table and chair rental.  There will be a pot-luck lunch after the morning sessions.  The afternoon is devoted to being in the bee yard.  The event usually attracts between 75-125 people,…
