Here is another petition from Credo, I don’t see a conflict in signing two petitions, we sure could use the pressure.
My bees thank you!
I have a cut-out needing to be done in Ruidoso. Bees in a roof soffitt. The homeowner says honey is dripping out of it. Should be a good removal with good mountain bees. I currently have no room and…Continue

I am hoping that it keeps raining and you bring full hives back when you come!
Comment by Kent Huisingh on May 4, 2012 at 10:45am It is raining about everyday in IL so the corn planting is going slow. On the rain days I have been making bee hives. So far a full size one and two half size ones. Question is "How plumb and level do the hives have to be when setup in the field?" I have the half size ones setup in the field with lemon oil scent and lure. But the swarm season really does not start until June in IL. But am ready just in case.
Comment by Diana Calkins on May 3, 2012 at 4:23pm I haven't read the book but have looked through it. It isn't the best organized book (not index in the back) but the information is pretty good. Robert is getting a lot of information from it. I'll start reading it after the Farmers' Market gets up and running.
Comment by Patricia Drake on May 3, 2012 at 3:32pm I have not bought Michael Bush's book yet but plan to get it. I am still waiting on the Fish and Game agent to call me back about securing the bee yard from predators (bears mainly). In the meantime I am pricing materials for enclosing the yard.
Amazing.
Comment by Kevin Creamer on May 1, 2012 at 6:45pm I found a cool video about pollinators that you guys might find interesting. Bees are only a short part, but the whole thing is beautiful. It makes me want to plant more flowers. It looks like it was part of a TED talk, but I'm not sure which one.
Comment by Diana Calkins on May 1, 2012 at 5:24pm Robert and I want to go and am waiting to see the final information on the visit. Love his website! So much so that I bought the book. Robert has been reading it through. It's worth the $$$.
I have been working my way through his website, really good stuff. I would sure love to see him.
Comment by Patricia Drake on May 1, 2012 at 1:29pm Is anyone planning on attending the NM Beekeepers Association seminar in July with Michael Bush?
Comment by Diana Calkins on May 1, 2012 at 8:35am He's using scrap pine boards he's had lying around. Not planning to paint them, either.
