Tanglefoot for ants....
Has anyone ever used this product to stop ants from getting in the hive? It is supposedly organic with no chemicals or pesticides.

This is the first I've heard of it. We are letting the bees take care of any wayward ants that venture their way. And if necessary, I'll put the legs into buckets with oil as many suggested.

I've not heard of it either, but am willing to try it if I can find some. We have a constant battle with ants here. Oil works, but you lose a few bees to it. I've also greased the stand legs with petroleum jelly, which also works but it melts off when it gets hot.
